1820 style short scale bass body from Matsumoku, circa early 1970s. 5 ply sandwich body, Maple/Ash/Maple/Ash/Maple (I believe - see photos). This was a 3 color sunburst guitar that someone did an excellent job stripping before my time, and came to me as a project that I'll never finish.
Neck pocket rout is 2&7/16" wide, 3" long, and 23/32" deep.This body is a direct replacement for:
