This is not your everyday Carvin/Kiesel DC600! Fans of John Petrucci will love this custom Piezo implementation that is not the typical Carvin setup: similar to the Music Man JP- and Majesty guitars, the guitar has a three-way toggle located near the volume and tone controls. Up is Piezeo, middle is blended Piezo + Mag, and down is the magnetic hum buckers.
Guitar has a gorgeous quilted top and an even more spectacular flamed maple neck with satin finish. Bridge is part of the GraphTech Ghost system. Guitar has two outputs -- one for mono/combined or dual for separate output from the piezo and magnetic pickups. 14" neck radius, 25.5" scale, 6100 stainless steel jumbo frets.
No dings that I'm aware of, no buckle rash as I never wear a tucked-in shirt when playing. I'd call it at least 9/10 but probably better after you polish it. Most of its time was spent in my private smoke-free studio, very little gigging. Includes Carvin's typical hard case which is also in great condition. I baby my gear. Just have too many similar type guitars in my collection. This one is fabulous, so enjoy.
