A very nice sounding strat made by Memphis probably in the 80's.
Memphis"-branded guitars and signal processors were affordable music gear imported from and distributed in the by from 1969 until November 1989. The product line included - and -styled instruments as well as some original designs. In the early years, Memphis was a were manufactured by of , . Later, original designs were apparently built by Yamaki [which also built guitars under its own Daion brand, as well as for and other guitar companies]. Some other models were made in the 80s and 90s in Korea, probably by Samick. This one has a serial number on the neck plate but the made in stickers are gone.
A much better instrument than a comparable Fender Squire.
