Here we have a mid 20s Paramount style A tenor. Best guess is 1924 or '25,according to one who studies such. This banjo is in very nice shape for its 95 yrs,it's obviously been in its case when nor played. We see many Paramounts that are missing binding, have replacement tailpieces or tuners but this one sports all original parts. It's just had a fresh action set and new nut and strings by Danny at Corwin guitar co. in Topeka Ks. This banjo is ready to play. The first string does not note clean above the 15th fret. See video. The orginal case looked just fine on the inside,but took a good bit of rehab on the outside. It's ugly but is now ready to safely transport it's load once again.
