If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us for refund or exchange.( Refunds only given if product is not as described or defective ). It is important to please contact us before you ship any product back to us. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all the documentation, components and accessories (if included) to insure full credit. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and the shipping fees we spent on shipping the product to you will be deducted from the buyer's refund. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order, please email us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost. Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded. WE FULLY INSPECT EVERY PRODUCT PRIOR TO SHIPPING!!
