-The absolute holy grail of B.C Rich basses.
-Full Moser circuit
-(My best guess) of 70 percent life on the frets and fretboard.
-I purchased this after a professional headstock repair, sanded it myself (pictured), had it painted by Marty Bell Finishing in California, and rewired at Silesia Guitars in Seattle. The link here is this actual bass: https://reverb.com/nz/item/4446657-b-c-rich-ironbird-neck-tru-bass-1980s-ferrari-red
-The case is an 88 key flight case that I masked, painted, and used 4 one inch sheets of foam to cut out varying depths to accommodate the height at the neck / slant of the headstock. Foam is wrapped with crushed velvet on the bottom and egg crate on the top. It's not light and very sturdy. If you would prefer to purchase without the case to save on shipping please message me for an adjusted price, but be advised a replacement custom case will be very expensive.
-Serial number is 89094 which is still slightly visible. This actually dates the bass to 1986. I've read up on the the confusion surrounding their numbering and dating from this time, and in reviewing all catalogs, forums, reverb sales etc, I believe that, unless this was a custom from 1986, this is an actual 1984 model. If you know otherwise please let me know too.
-Small scratch on back plate, no other damage to the finish. Please review all pictures, feel free to ask for more or other questions. Absolutely no international sales, sorry.
