About This Listing

We love the high gloss black finish. The single pick up P90 in the back position allows this guitar to both howl when distorted and cut through when clean.

The SG Junior was originally built until 1971, it was a single pick-up version of the SG Special initially aimed at beginners and soon becoming highly collectable amongst hot-rodders. Some guitar players who have opted for an SG Junior in the past included Bon Jovi's Richie Sanbora, ACDC's Angus Young (circa 2006), Link Wray, Bill Frisell, and session sensations Mike Campbell & Chris Spedding.
