Slingerland early 1960s 3 ply bop toms 12" rack tom 14" floor tom Blue Sparkle

Early 1960s Slingerland 3 ply 8x12 rack tom (clip mount) and 14x14 floor tom.

12" tom does not have a badge but  is stamped P (designating the shell for receiving a covering at the factory) and a date stamp of 1962, on a clear mahogany interior. 

The 14" floor tom has the Slingerland milk chocolate paint interior and the serial number and badge puts it right around the same time, 1962-1963. 

Both drums were rewrapped (not by me) in a nice blue sparkle wrap from Precision Drum. Though the drums were likely not from the same set, they do pair nice with each other. Both have functioning internal dampers. Please take a close look at the pictures for the condition of the metal. It's not great, but is what I'd say acceptable. No rust but definitely shows signs of use and the stick saver hoops, abuse. (they are round just scarred up here and there)

Since they can't be nested without taking off the lugs from the 12, they will be shipped in separate boxes.
