Extremely limited edition. The Gibson Custom & Historic shop built this collector's instrument in Oct. of 1999 (#66 of 333). Due to Earnhardt's death in 2001, production ceased and serial numbers 267-333 were not made. The artwork was designed by Sam Bass and is certified by Nascar. The strap button feature hood-pin locks and the volume/tone control knobs are fashioned out of tire rim lug nuts. The guitar is nearing 17 years old and has never known a owner.
