Synesthesia Mandala Drum 1.0 PAIR (Rare! 2006 Red/Black)

I was and still am a huge TOOL fan. I purchased TWO of these back in 2006 after 10,000 Days dropped. Hugely influenced by their music and just had to have them. They are incredible instruments, but times have changed and I have begun to use them less and less over the years and they need a good home.

There are minor cosmetic cracks in the rim and some minor scuffing on 1 pad, but everything within the strike zones still works amazingly well. The brain(s) is in perfect working order. Again, this is an incredibly rare and special piece of hardware for any drummer.

Designed in collaboration with Danny Carey of Tool. This is very rare and might be the most musical stand-alone electronic drum pad/module ever made (I have yet to see one of these for sale, let alone a pair). It is velocity and position sensitive. The playing surface can be divided into up to 7 concentric zones with over, each with their own settings including scales, effects, and modulation. Unlike later versions, the mandala 1.0 is a self contained system which does not require a computer, the module is very responsive, reliable, and sounds great! You are even able to build your own presets within the module for full customization of sound.
