Johnson Swamp Stomper

For sale is a Johnson Swamp Stomper resonator guitar. It is an acoustic resonator with great projection, but it also has a single coil pickup for electric playing.

This guitar is in perfect working order with a straight and easy playing action and a great, dirty sound. It’s got a couple very minor scratches on the back and headstock.

I bought it new some years ago at Austin Vintage Guitars. It has been set up professionally within the last month.

Also comes with two sets of strings.

The Swamp Stomper fuses a vintage triolian resophonic with a modern electric guitar to create a tone that’s straight from the bayou!

The JR-520-CEBM has a 9.5" hand-spun aluminum cone designed for maximum volume, a mahogany body, a maple biscuit bridge, a single cutaway design, vintage cream body binding and a pickup with volume and tone controls. The resonator comes with a black matte finish that looks great for blues and country playing.

The Swamp Stomper has incredible projection that’s maximized when played through an amp. The single cutaway design is excellent for blues solos and smooth slide playing.
