Either a Valley Arts after they were bought by Samick or a American Classic Series by Samick. No name or serial number on the headstock or neck plate. Made in the late 80's or early 90's. Very good condition for its age. Solid ash carved top, maple neck and ivoroid binding. No issues, low action and plays great. Hot rail pickups sound really good. Original case shows wear but serves its purpose. Will consider offers.
