Custom Acoustic Guitar Feature: CUSTOM CONCERTINA #23275 ADIRONDACK MAPLE

This one of a kind Breedlove Custom Shop guitar is an amazing piece of workmanship that is as wonderful to listen to as it is beautiful . This guitar is still new and unsold and I was able to procure this $6900.00+ retail guitar with a MAP price of $4987.50 at a price so special that I can take abother $1,000.00 off of the street price!

This little custom concertina acoustic guitar is a powerhouse! We had the pleasure of playing it before it left the custom shop in Bend, Oregon. The tone is very sweet and soothing with quite a bit of "punch" from the Adirondack top!

About the Concertina Body Shape: New for 2018, is Breedlove’s , delivering a surprisingly clear, crisp, loud sound. It’s 12-frets to the body design make it a joy to play. Extensive Sound Optimization™ engineering has resulted in a body shape that has a bigger sound and is more comfortable to play than a traditional parlor .

About Maple: Maple is great for standing out among other instruments. With a powerful fundamental and even harmonics, it is clear and present, but without pronounced peaks and valleys in the harmonic content. It’s a great top wood for strumming and is often used on big-bodied guitars.

About Adirondack Spruce:   has been the choice of bluegrass pickers for decades, and seems to add power to any guitar design. If it’s loud you want, Adirondack is for you. Adirondack is even more dynamic than Sitka spruce, and has a higher ceiling for volume. You can strum an Adirondack-topped guitar aggressively without distortion or loss of clarity. For the aggressive player who wants volume and clarity without distortion; the player or collector who wants the vibe of a pre-war guitar. Like Sitka, it has strong fundamentals and responds well to either a light or firm touch, but has higher resonance and exhibits a more complex overtone content. Adirondack is relatively heavy, with a high velocity of sound, and has the highest stiffness of all top woods across and along the grain. New-growth Adirondack tends to be wider-grained and more irregular in color and grain patterns, than vintage pre-war Adirondack. Creamy white in color.

This great guitar was featured on the Breedlove site and here is a link to what they had to say about it
