Gretsch 22/13/16" Drum Set - 1960s White Satin Flame

Here is a classy set of vintage 6-ply Gretsch, sized 14x22", 9x13", and 16x16". These drum are wrapped in a beautifully worn White Satin Flame finish. This kit is a player with character -  it has cosmetic defects throughout the finish, which is par for the course of most vintage satin flame finishes. Still, there are no deep gouges that threaten the integrity of the wrap. The wrap is original, but the bass drum badges appears to have been replaced at some point. The floor tom batter hoop is barely out of round, but corrects itself under tension (we can replace with a modern die cast one if you want). These drums do tune smoothly and have bearing edges that are in good shape, making for a sound that exemplifies the classic vintage Gretsch sound while holding the aesthetic of a kit that has ample untold history.  Very cool set of drums!
