From deep in the heart of Texas... no, Bavaria!
Check it out! This is a 1969 Framus Texan 12-string from deep in the heart of Bavaria!
Wicked cool guitar in excellent condition! I honestly have never seen one this good. Only one tiny nick in the side of the bout that is barely noticeable. Also, a tiny amount of checking to the top that only adds to this instruments vintage mojo.
The neck is a bolt-on, laminated neck with rosewood fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Open-back tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" metal nut with zero fret; 24 3/4" scale length. The action is sweet and low...
The body is a double-bound, dreadnought body in a gorgeous sunburst finish. Spruce top with a way cool German engineered rosewood bridge & adjustable saddle. 4-ply black pickguard with Framus logo that is worn from years of strumming. Solid spruce top with laminate maple back and sides. Check out the arched back much like a Vox or a Crucianelli, sweet!
You will not find one any better than this one...
Check out the pics because they tell the rest of the story... as they always do! The condition is, well, wicked cool!
Shipping quoted is to you in the CONUS, as always... no case.
Hey make me an offer... I just might take it. Ya never know!
