Full disclosure, the neck sits in the pocket fine but there are small gaps on either side. I've place a thin plastic spacer on either side of the neck at the neck pocket but there's some room for a slightly thicker spacer. There is one scratch (around the 13th fret) on the back of the neck. Probably can be buffed for a smoother feel.
Aside from that, no other scratches, nicks, dings, or digs on the back of the neck that I've noticed.
A few scuffs and light scratches on the body but doesn't affect tone or playability (body is about 20 years old).
Shipping is a flat fee of $79.95 for UPS Ground in the Continental U.S.
