We pack and ship VERY carefully, but rest assured that if anything goes wrong with your shipment, we will make sure that you're taken care of. If the item is received in condition other than described we will happily refund your money.
Shipping is FREE of charge via FedEx ground in the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped, at the latest, by the following business day of when the payment clears.
AN INDIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT will be placed on any order of $250 or above. Please contact us prior to shipping if you wish to have this waived.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to returning any purchases.
Your order must ship to the billing address associated with your credit card, PayPal, or other method of payment (unless an alternate shipping address has been approved by an MSL Gear Specialist).
If you want the shipment to be held at a shipping company hub it is your responsibility to make those arrangements directly with the shipping company.
An indirect signature will be required upon delivery for all transactions over $250. If you would like to require a signature on a transaction of less than $250, please request it when you place your order. If you would like the signature requirement waived on orders of $250 or above, also please contact us before your order ships.
We do not insure packages valued under $3,000. If you would like to add insurance for delivery please request it prior to us shipping the item out. On returns, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the item is packed properly and returns to us in the same condition it was sent out in. We always recommend purchasing insurance when returning an item.
All returns are subject to a Tech Check upon arrival. Any instrument that is returned with damage, wear and tear (including pick marks), missing or replaced parts, or missing protective or packing materials are not eligible for a full refund. Refunds generally happen within 2-4 business days after the item is received back in our possession.
*Used / Vintage / Clearance items carry our same return policy, except with a 3 day return window.
