1967 Vox Conqueror amp for sale.
This is from the first line of solid state amps from Vox, as used by the Beatles on their Magical Mystery Tour and the White Album.
This amp was made during the highly collectible JMI era. A unique amp with a unique sound.
The sale includes the Conqueror Head, Speaker cabinet with swivel stands, original Silver Bell Alnico speakers (identical to Alnico Blue, just a different color) and the original 3 button footswitch to turn on Distortion, Tremolo and Reverb effects which can be quite a challenge to find.
My technician has completely restored this amp to it's full potential, including the amazing sounding Tremolo. The spring reverb sounds very cool, and overall the amp has an amazing 60's sound.
If you want me to ship the amp I'd have to ship it in 2 or 3 seperate boxes so that would be quite expensive. Nevertheless feel free to ask. Local pickup is better anyway, so you can hear the amp before you buy it.
