For several years, Geoff’s guitar of choice has been a 1930s Martin 00 12-fret. C. F. Martin has honored Geoff Muldaur by updating this elegant design, considered by many to be among the best sounding Martins ever made. The 00-18H Geoff Muldaur Custom Edition takes the elements that make the originals such classics, including superb tonewoods and premium appointments throughout, and adds some very tasty touches. The result is a modern classic, like the man it honors.

• Headstock with tapered square slots fitted with Waverly/Sloane bronze plated side-mounted tuners with ivoroid buttons
• Old-style graduated abalone dot position markers
• African black ebony fingerboard, belly bridge, heel cap, bridge pins and endpin
• Polished African black ebony headplate
• Tortoise-color polished and beveled pickguard.

This 2009 Martin is in Excellent Condition with just some light surface scratches, nicks , and bumps from a decade of enjoyment. There is also some slight clear coat chipping on the sides of the neck (see photos). Please see pictures for further cosmetic condition. There is a strap button installed into the neck block on the upper bout. The top five frets were just expertly replaced by a certified Martin Tech. The action is perfect and this guitar plays like a dream.
