VERY EASY TO INSTALL! all you need is a soldering iron, some solder and a very basic idea of how stuff works under the scratch plate. all in all it should take about 10 minutes.

The important stuff....
When will i get my item?
We will Dispatch your item the next working day after order and payment. For guitar bodies and necks we use Hermes on a 2 to 5 day delivery schedule for free, or we can use UPS 48 Hour delivery for an extra charge. you can select this at check out. For smaller guitar parts we use Royal Mail PPI Business post First Class with a delivery schedule of 1 to 3 working days. If your order has not arrived by this time please contact us so we can track it and find out where it is for you.

How will my item be packed?
Everything that we sell is checked before packing and sent in a padded envelope so your item arrives at your door in excellent condition. we simply dont send out items that we would not be happy with on our own guitars, if they are not 110%, we pick another one and send that instead! For Guitar bodies and necks ANY paint blemished, scratches or other paint or finish issues are listed clearly in the item details. Again, we dont sell any body or neck that we would not be happy with.

Returns
We are very easy about returns, just send us a message and we will send you a RMA Number and a return address. We process refunds within 48 hours of the item being returned and checked.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER or they will not re accepted.
