Strom 5 String Banjo - 1970s - USA Made - Very High Quality!

Here's a late 60's or early 70's USA-made Strom banjo in excellent condition.

This is a rare banjo, and when you examine it and play it, it is very obvious that it's a top shelf instrument.  Very nice inlays in the headstock and fretboard.  Very, very loud and very, very heavy!

Playability and tone are excellent.  Really nice hardware.

Appears to be all original, other than a couple of replaced dot inlays and some replaced binding.

Includes original case and padded strap as pictured.

I have seen these for sale in the $2000 range or higher for the nicer models like this one.  They very favorably compare to similar Gibson banjos but cost much less.
