RTR was one of the largest speaker manufacturers in the late 70's and early 80's and made everything from small bookshelf speakers to large and complex electrostatics. This model is one of their larger and better conventional models from the late 70's and features 2 10" alnico magnet woofers, a dome midrange and a dome tweeter in a D-Appolito arrangement, several years before Joe D'Appolito patented the concept.
The woofers have newer foam and both speakers work great and present a large and wide sound. While they can handle quite a bit of power, they are also pretty efficient and work fine with some of the lower power receivers from the period. The dome mids are in excellent condition
