Any marks that might look like scratches on this one are actually from the reflection of the case only, it is clean with the exception of the ding noted at the bottom of this listing.

Guitar was in pretty bad shape. Seller failed to highlight how many overwhelming amount of small and noticeable dints within the guitar. Listed condition was "very good" but this was okay at best.
Beware of buying a product from this seller. Unfortunately, it's very hard to come by X Bracing 814CEs, let alone ones with grade A ebony fret boards. This is my dream guitar and I'm happy I bought it at a decent price, regardless of how falsely advertised it was.

Well packed and quick shipping. The finish of the guitar is somewhat different than as pictured (more yellowy/gold center, less green), but it plays great and was ready-to-play straight from the box.

Conditions particulières
For returns. If the item is no as described, we will pay the shipping back to us. Unfortunately, we have had quite a few instances of buyers just wanting to try out the item. If that is the case, we can't lose the shipping costs associated with the transaction, so the buyer would have to pay shipping back to us and when we receive the item in the same condition we shipped it in, we will refund the payment minus our original shipping cost. Also, we don't want you to buy a guitar that you are not happy with, and we understand that sometimes guitars and players just do not bond. We are having a lot of returns lately for no reason. This gets very expensive and frustrating from our stand point. We are out the shipping plus the time it takes to receive the item back and relist it, plus we lose all the original potential buyers that were watching the item. We are going to have to start charging a 10% restocking fee on top of the shipping to cover our costs and lost time. We will gladly work with you on this, but if you are just sending the guitar back because you wanted to try it out, we can't accept a straight return on it. If you want to trade it back on something else we will definitely work with you on voiding the restocking fee. Thank you for understanding.
