Martin DC-1E 1997 Natural USA made acoustic/electric "All Solid Body"

Nice 23 yr old all solid Martin made in the USA. Solid Sitka Spruce Top and Solid Sapele (HOG) back and sides. Guitar is in amazing condition to be this old. I keep all my guitars in perfect condition. It plays perfect as well. Only two owners in 23 yrs. I just set it up with some nice Medium John Pearse 13's and sounds awesome. I have the Martin Endorsement sheet on this baby, it will be included with this sale. The sound will tell you how well it is made. This is the Solid All One Piece Mod Low Oval Chunky Mahogany neck, not the compressed Birch fiber neck. Has a neck profile width of 1 11/16"nut. Full Scale 25.4". Ping Chrome tuners 18:1 ratio. Solid Rosewood fingerboard. No wear on the board at all and no wear on the frets at all. Truss rod is 2 way adjustable and works perfect. String spacing 2 1/8" Bridge is Solid Rosewood. Internal bracing Sitka Spruce and Top Sitka Spruce braces are Hand Scalloped. I have had this guitar awhile and really never played her much, so just a few dings and really still in Excellent Condition. Factory Fishman Prefix active pickup works perfect. Yes, this one is out of my own herd, rest assured it plays and sounds as good as they come!
Had a minor top seam separation only about 2" actual opening, the rest was just minor finish fracture. I have it all sealed and cleated on the inside and tightly sealed on the top. You can't really even see it but you barely feel it. My repairs stay repaired! Keep this guitar humidified and it will never open up again! Comes with the hard factory 345 case made by TKL. In excellent cond too. No smells, no smoke, no pets. This guitar is very hard to find anymore, especially in this condition. I make my own humidifiers and for $20.00 you can keep this beauty in perfect condition as well. So, add $20.00 to this order and I will ship her installed. Would be hard to find a better playing or sounding D-18 Martin to compare. Time has certainly done this "All Solid" body well..
