musima record 15 50`ies desert burst

Don`t mix it with the record 17, thats the 15! Extremely rare and old, it is considered to be the best electric guitar ever made during the cold war in the socialist block. Made in east Germany in the 50ies or 60ies.  This is the guitar that served prototype to Rickenbacker 390.
The electronics seem to be original and function properly and as designed.  Simeto pickups and the original 4-way varitone!  You won`t find another record 15 with the initial wiring.

One major crack on the lower side. Neck is straight and comfortable to play.
All original except for the tuners, adjustable bridge, pickguard, handles and jack-output. Comes with a hardcase.  Plays well and sounds gorgeous
