From the 1960's this is a Slingerland cowbell mount. Attaches to bass drum hoop. It's in very clean shape for its age! Show signs of use with scratches and pitting. Hardly a speck of rust! Post is about 2". Clamp is 100% functioning! See the pictures for more details!
