This is a 2008 ESP Jeff Hanneman JH600 signature guitar made in Korea. Amazing ebony fretboard with dagger inlays and fully bound neck. Frets are 100% and perfect. The EMGs literally blow doors--very high output pickups. This axe looks really killer from the front. The back shows some buckle rash (see pics) and the guitar has some other small marks I tried to show in photos, but the black finish makes them very hard to see. Basically it's a player, but still looks pretty good. If you're looking for a museum piece it's not your guy, but if you're looking for a great axe at a great price that still looks good, this is it. Just completely detailed and given full setup. Currently set up with 11s. Ready to shred. Weight is 8 pounds, 7 ounces. No case or tremolo bar. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) I may end auction early if it sells elsewhere. Thanks for looking!

There's a good reason that the JH-600 has long been the most popular model in our Jeff Hanneman Signature Series. It all gets back to the basics of a lean and mean guitar that could handle the powerful playing of a thrash metal icon. Jeff is no longer with us, but his spirit lives on through the music of Slayer, and through players who continue his legacy via his Signature Series guitars. With the JH-600, you get a guitar with the stability to handle Jeff's frantic leads and brutal rhythms, with neck-thru-body construction at 25.5" scale, an alder body, and a three-piece maple neck with ebony fingerboard that features Hanneman's own custom "H Dagger" inlays. This guitar has excellent components that include Grover tuners, a Kahler Hybrid bridge, and an EMG 85 (neck)/EMG 81 (bridge) active pickup set. Available in Black finish.
