Jackson RR1 1985 Black

Own a piece of new orleans metal history! This is a (according to the Jackson serial dater) 1985 san dimas Randy Rhodes Jackson used  extensively  by Sammy Duet in the years he was in crowbar and goatwhore.  It is currently fitted with dual emg 81 pickups, dunlop flush mount straplocks, sperzel tuners and a kahler  tremolo.This was his main guitar when touring with crowbar so it has its share of bumps and bruises but it still kicks ass after all these years. I tried to photograph  all the main damage and it seems someone tried to put a hardtail bridge on it at some point but has the original kahler tremolo  on it. The case is not original  but it was the one that was with the guitar  when I got it. This guitar  was also used on goatwhores debut release " the eclipse  of ages into black and used on a few goatwhore tours. Shown is a picture of sammy using the guitar at one of his first shows with crowbar. I will try to post  more pictures of sammy playing the guitar  as I find them.
