Ibanez RT Series - Amazing Guitar - Made in Japan 🇯🇵!

This guitar is incredible! Made in Japan in 1993, this guitar was Ibanez’s answer to the grunge phenomenon at the time (that is also totally back right now). This is a Siamese Dream/Pixies/Nevermind guitar. The pickups are hot and totally scream. The fretwork and neck shape are absolutely perfect, something that you get from a nice MIJ guitar of this era. Action is perfect and low, neck is perfectly straight. Everything about this guitar is pure function. It has an understated appearance with some serious MIJ quality components and craftsmanship under the hood. Sealed Gotoh tuners, and miraculously it includes the original whammy bar! It’s missing the back plate, but I just always take those off anyway. Amazing guitar, play it loud!

So...some of you may recognize this guitar from being on my page a few weeks ago. It was sold for 500+shipping to a customer who decided they weren’t in the right place for a new guitar and they had to return it. It wasn’t packed right and got some body damage on the way back to me. Bummer.The neck, frets, electronics, and everything that makes it sound and play exactly like it should were totally unaffected, but the body has a some damage by the input jack and a small ding on the back. It’s still a super solid instrument, but the price is reduced to reflect the damage.
