About This Listing

Quilter Master Control Model 1000 Box Shape 300 Watt Powered Mixer - Stock 1972 Quilter Sound Company (aka "QSC") model hand made in Costa Mesa, California. This 300 watt transistor powered mixer has a late 60's "English" look. Features 8 input channels with volume & bass & treble controls, 1/4" input jacks, master volume control and master bass & treble controls, dual 1/4" speaker jacks...There are no other knobs, pots, or jacks on this unit. Black tolex covered plywood case measures 25" wide x 16" tall x 12" deep and has 2" x 8" metal plates on the front & rear that read "Public Address". Back of case features orangish/brownish color grill cloth and a die cast 2" x 8" "Quilter" nameplate. This amplifier was in storage for over 25 years and has had very little use, works 100% with no issues, and is in super clean, near-new museum quality condition! Local pickup available.
