About This Listing

About this Artist HG39303 Classical Guitar with Truss Rod - Solid Cedar Top

The solid cedar top gives the HG39303 a warm sound, and we use a Spanish heel at the neck joint for incredible tonal transfer, resonance, and sustain. A Spanish heel is a more difficult method of building a guitar but it greatly improves the tone in comparison to standard Classical guitars, which often use dowels to attach the neck. As with all our solid top guitars we use a bone nut and saddle, the hardness of the bone allows great tone and sustain.

As with all our solid top guitars we use a bone nut and saddle, the hardness of the bone allows great tone and sustain, the typical plastic nuts are quite soft and have the effect of deadening the sound.
