1939 WFL "Ray Bauduc Dixieland" style outfit
Original Blue & Marine Pearl Wrap
All original parts around the kit.
14x28, 14x16, 9x13, and 7x14
14x28 Bass Drum - Small break in the shell likely from the tom falling onto it, this spot has been secured from the outside to assure no more lifting of the wrap (photos #5,7). A small spot of scrunching caused by over tensioned calf heads had formed on the bottom of the shell, this has been flattened out but partially shows some bare wood (photo #6). There is also one spot of inner ply stress cracking (photo #8)
14x16 Floor Tom - Suspected that the floor tom brackets were later added but they are WFL branded and the holes are all in their correct spots.
9x13 Tom Tom - Some wrap and ply cracking has been secured completely by the tom mount. Larger washers have been also added to the interior to add more support to prevent further damage (photos #16,17).
7x14 Snare Drum - The muffler had been pushed very far into the shell with most of the damage occurring on the inner portion of the shell. The wrap suffered one small crack (photo # 24). The inner portion of the shell has been reinforced with a piece of wood and epoxy to save the shell (photo #25). Other than that, there are three extra holes in the shell. Two of which seem to have been from a heater for inside the shell.
