Hello everyone,
The Second Aluminium neck SG is now ready. The neck is now chambered under the fretboard and behind the headstock and this make a huge difference in terms of balance. No neck dive anymore - and 300gr lighter.
Neck: Aluminium 7075 (headstock to bridge)
Body: Two pieces selected Mahogony Swietenia AAA
Fretboard: Ziricote AAA
Frets: Slim Jumbo
Dots Fretboard and side: Cream 6mm and 2mm
Tuning machines: Gotoh SGM 1:16 Ratio
Pick guard: 3 ply Black / Cream / Black
Bridge: Mastery Bridge M9.2
Strings: D'Adarrio EXL145 12 -54
Pickups: Handwound G90's with 3mm Vulcanfiber bobine - AlNiCo V Magnets and Poly / Nylon AWG43. Neck 11,92K - Bridge 12.58K
Electronic: 250K Potentiometers - Toggle Switch 3 ways - High quality Isolated cables wire. 22nF HQ Capacitors.
Finish: Rosewood Stain, Shellac polish.
Sold with a flight case, two years of warranty and certificate of authenticity.
Each guitar's fret dressing is done into PLEK machines for a maximum playing comfort and precision.
