Driver Transistor for Certain Thomas Vox Power Amplifier Stages (Thomas #86-5085-2) S-NPN - This is the driver transistor for the output stage of the Super Beatle/Beatle, Royal Guardsman, Westminster, Sovereign, and Churchill amplifiers. There is only one of these in an amp and it is mounted to the power amp chassis near a bias adjusting pot.
This is an incredibly rare transistor and are new old stock, possibly more than 30 years old. They may vary somewhat in appearance from the photos above.
