Very cool strat-style guitar in a vintage gold finish. The neck on this thing plays amazing. It's probably the best part of the guitar. Fretboard edges are rounded over, neck profile is comfortable, and frets are all polished smooth. The neck is straight with no fret issues. The tilt-back headstock provides good string tension at the nut.
Electronics all work well. The only thing missing is the black tip for the 5-way selector switch.
This guitar was re-painted and the finish style is really unique and cool. The gold paint has a slight flake to it and it has almost a hammered texture under the clear. Cool as it is, there look to be a few small issues with the finish that can be mostly seen in the pictures. At some of the edges it looks like the gold was slightly sanded through before clear. I think it actually adds to the vintage look of the paint job, but the buyer to be aware. There has also been slight chipping of the color where the edges were masked off for the pickups and control cavity. The only other thing to note on the finish is that it feels just a little soft, if you know what I mean. You may even prefer that feel, but it's not my cup of tea. The finish issues are why I have listed the price so low to sell. If the finish were perfect I would have this guitar listed at $250.
I would be happy to answer any questions or provide additional pictures. I am also willing to entertain reasonable offers.
