As I haven’t seen any movement on this and would ideally like it gone by the holidays, it’s time for a price drop!
Here we have a Cort Source (335 style) that was part of the Performer series—as evidenced by the black hardware and passive EMG select pickups. This guitar is an absolute beauty to play, and in remarkable shape for something at least 20 years old.
The only visible flaws are a light surface scratch below the bridge, and a small ding on the lower edge of the guitar. There is some noise in the bridge volume pot, and the bridge tone pot needs to be tightened. Otherwise it is in very good condition, with a straight neck and not perceivable damage.
Features a mahogany body and neck, laminate maple top with cream binding and a rosewood fretboard. Plenty of life left in the frets, and sounds great. The EMG selects are a little hotter than a conventional pickup, but have a similar vibe to a PAF style humbucker.
This guitar absolutely destroys Epiphone equivalents, even those from Korea in the 90s. Feel free to ask questions and make offers, this guitar needs to go to a good home!
