This is a fine example of the last year production of the Gibson Grabber Bass, 1982. This was the only year that Gibson offered this rare metal flake, teal blue color.
It's in excellent condition, straight neck, electronics in full working order, plenty of life left on the frets,  and all original, sliding pickup. There is only a little buckle rash on the back of the body from the previous owner. The Grabber was probably one of Gibson's better sounding basses that actually cuts thru the mix, especially being a punchy bolt-on neck with maple fretboard like a Fender P-bass, but it has more growl than a P-bass and is more aggressive sounding. Like a P-bass on steroids with a Gibson edge. Gibson's most versatile sounding bass IMHO.  You can also get nice, deep smooth sounds with this bass, and crank up the treble, and slap and pop it.
I always got compliments when on stage with this unique looking bass, especially with the gorgeous shade of blue it has. Eye catcher, and the girls love it! ;)  Comes with an Aria Pro II hardshell case.
Here's your chance to grab up this piece of Gibson history in the last production year and rare teal blue color! Buy with confidence since I have a 5 star rating.  NO TRADES, and please, no low balling!  Thanks for looking! :)
