About This Listing

Please note I am away and cannot ship until July 30th.

I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I purchased this guitar but I now know what all of the hype is all about.  I could sit here all day and rattle off superlatives about this instrument but I will try to give you the headlines.  The lines created by the radical design are not only beautiful but they contribute to a more comfortable and ergonomic feel.  I'm not sure if it's the straight string headstock or some other magic voodoo but bends, especially in the lower frets are soooo easy.  The burst and finish, in general, are amazing.  The pickups and hardware are exactly what you want for a vintage-inspired single cut guitar.
The neck shape; I don't like associating it with an era because that is difficult for me to say since I wasn't alive in the 50's and 60's. It is not a huge neck and does have a U-shape with lots of shoulder.
measuring 0.90" 1st fret, 0.97" 12th fret.
It is in excellent condition with the hard case and Certificate of Authenticity.

The "Worntage" finish is Frank's aged finish. Dents, dings, finish checking, and aged hardware. Very well executed, as you would expect from Frank, and definitely not over the top. This guitar has the lightest aging I have ever seen.

FYI, Frank is a one man shop who hand makes a few instruments a month.

I spoke with Frank after I purchased the guitar and he confirmed that the body is "very old Honduran Mahogany, very rare and hard to get."
