1972 Guild X-500 Archtop with OHSC. Finish checking in some spots, finish chips in a few spots too. Finish crack around neck heel but only cosmetic. Finish wear on the back of the neck says this guitar was played and loved. Structurally sound, frets in great shape, neck is straight. The bridge pickup had been replaced at some point with another Guild humbucker but in chrome. Sounds as good as it looks! Setup with flatwound and ready to play.
The case is a little rough but it does the job. One buckle is missing and the handle is held on with wire on one side. Surprisingly, it feels solid.
