This stock Juno-60 was manufactured in Japan in 1982. It was purchased new by me in 1982-83 from Cintiolli Music in N.E. Philadelphia and as the only owner was used professionally, live, until around 1994 then retired to the studio.
It is fully functional and includes the original (two sided)cassette tape with the original factory patch (data), however a cassette player will be needed to transfer the original patch data to and from the memory bank.
This is a programmable polyphonic analog synth, meaning all of the patches can be modified in real time with the controls on the front panel or sounds can be built from scratch by utilizing the “manual button.” Any new sounds created, can then be written as data to the patch preset banks by turning off the “write protect” switch on the back panel then pressing the “write” button while holding down the destination bank and preset. (Return the write protect switch to the on position when finished or chance losing or overwriting data). As long as the factory original patch cassette is saved, the synth can be brought back to factory settings and new data can be written to a separate cassette and saved and transferred
It is not pretty. It’s front and back panels are cosmetically scarred and pitted and has a scratchy volume pot.
Key bed is level and in good shape with no broken, or damaged keys.
Parts replaced: Bender wheel and electrical plug (faux wood sides are original
), but screws holding them are new.
Everything inside is original. Pictures of the interior electronics, show no moisture, mold or dust buildup.
Accessories included: Owners manual(copy), expression pedal, momentary foot switch(wire not in great shape) and soft gig bag, (torn but still usable).
If interested, I can send a video/audio demo of the operation of the board.
I am interested more in local pickup than shipping
