The Who band name logo black design on a Clear Big 16" Drum head. It is new, but the decal has a couple of air bubbles, as seen in close ups, there is a small scuff on one edge, and a small crease on a edge, as seen in last 2 photo's, and the center of the "O" is not quite correct, so selling this one cheap. Hard to see while hanging on the wall, and there are ways to remove or reduce the air bubbles.
