This is a Vintage 1960's Espana SL-12 Classical Guitar. It's a really great looking guitar but it has a bow in the neck.
A straight edge on the neck touching the 1st and the 13th fret shows that there is a .032 clearance between the straight edge and the top of the frets at the 7th fret.
It has a Spruce top with fan bracing, Mahogany back and sides, 3-piece mahogany neck, Rosewood fingerboard and rosewood bridge. Overall, a really nice project guitar. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking.
