Paul Berger D41 70's Natural

I am reluctantly offering my Paul Berger D41. Legally and in respect of Paul's wishes this is a true Paul Berger guitar. This one has some cool history. Hand Built by him from his private stock of choice woods since his retirement from Martin Guitars. This is one of his earlier models and was recently appraised by Gruhn Guitars. This is Solid Spruce with Solid Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. This is a true dream guitar made by one of the finest luthiers. I know once I part with this guitar I will most likely never own another like it. But I have to be practical and realize I have a number of guitars that suite my abilities and this could be put to use by someone more deserving the guitars potentials. A Fishman aura pickup programed to a D41 is installed in the guitar without any modifications to the guitar except the line jack where the strap button is. Included is additional documentation. Any interested parties please contact me for more details. Anyone who knows Paul Berger's past customers and reputation can appreciate the quality and rarity of this guitar. Paul made around 10 to 12 guitars a year, and his customers included Aerosmith and the Eagles. Last I was talking to him he was making a couple guitars for Bernie Leadon. The Brazilian Rosewood is from a Martin inventory of old growth harvested in the 1940's that Paul was able to acquire when leaving Martin. This is what I have read but cannot confirm. Added as a note of interest. I believe he made about 210 in total after his retirement from Martin.
