Introducing the SVT1608CB Console Bridge By SVT Audio / Area J. This heavy duty clear plastic console bridge on rolling casters was designed to perfectly fit atop the API 1608 console. It rides smoothly from the equalizer section to the Fader base providing the perfect work surface to accommodate both keyboard, mouse, session charts or any other documents used in your recording session. The clear surface also allows you to see your console settings in an instant. It can be rolled quietly off to either side of the console to allow for any adjustments to the console giving you greater efficiency in session. The roller casters are high quality ball bearings with a plastic tire surface specifically chosen to not scratch the console surface. The SVT1608CB is especially useful if you have expanded your 1608 to 32 or 48 channels. We also make custom units to fit other consoles from Neve, SSL API ect..
