Paramount Leader Plectrum Banjo (c.1928)

This Paramount Leader plectrum banjo has a Brazilian rosewood resonator with wood ring purfling and a two-piece Brazilian rosewood neck with a maple-rosewood-maple center strip. The 11/16" thick Paramount rim has an archtop style tone ring. It has all replated gold hardware, including a round hole flange, 24 hooks and nuts, armrest, and a Paramount swivel lock tailpiece. It’s equipped with newer gold planetary tuners with white buttons. This nice looking banjo needs some work (repair cracked and loose dowel stick, repair crack in resonator, etc.) and is sold AS-IS.
