1966 Fender Blackface Bassman chassis only

For sale, one Fender Bassman guitar amp chassis, from 1966. This amp has all new transformers, power filter capacitors, and many new onboard components. The tubes are a mix of old and new, there are some new capacitors, resistors, and wiring.

When I acquired the amp it had a master volume installed and someone had drilled through the original faceplate to add the knob. I removed master volume and put on a new faceplate. The old faceplate is included along with all of the original components from the board as given to me by former owner.
The amp sounds good through both channels for guitar. I have never used it for bass. The chassis is in good shape. The potentiometers do have some scratch when turned. Chassis does have some wear and light corrosion in evidence.

Overall, it is a great piece of equipment - just needs to be installed in  cabinet. Necessary chassis dimensions: 20 3/8" wide, 1 3/4" height, 8 3/8" depth with 5" hole centers on the chassis strap screw holes.  So plan your cab accordingly.
