This pedal sounds incredible, works great and has no scratchy pots.

If you're a U2 fan, this is a pedal that The Edge used in the early 80s recordings.

"This effect was manufactured in Japan in the 70s and is somewhat rare. The first quarter of the distortion adds warmth, a little grain with less crackle and crunch than the TS-9 Ibanez, but with more pop -- rich and nasty. The principle of the pedal is the same as the MXR Distortion + and it is great for blues crunch. A lot of personality with this one. The sound is distinctive, the pedal is versatile, tone color is beautiful, and it is interactive with your playing style."

This pedal comes with a mod that allows swapping the original Opamp with your favorite one, and being able to add more distortion, clarity, or grit when needed!
