This speaker is a clone of a jensen P12Q with a pulp ribbed cone. This is marketed as the more versatile speaker option for a 5e3 as opposed to their 12a125a. Looks identical to the speed shop a12q and the cone is the exact same!
From Weber:
For late 50's/early 60's low power 12" tone, replaces Chicago Jensen P12Q and Oxford 12's.
12", 11oz AlNiCo magnet, 20 or 30 watts, 1-1/4" voice coil and pulp, ribbed cone. This is the early 60's 8 rib pulp cone that replaced the curved seam cone.
Warmer, moderate low end, medium breakup, compressed/fattened at higher volumes.
