Ludwig 24 inch BD Hoop with plastic chrome inlay / some paint flaking but unused .
I don't believe this hoop was ever used . I see no signs of claw marks and certainly no pedal marks.
The hoop is 1 & 13/16ths. wide with a 1/2 inch inlay.
The protective plastic film for the inlay is still intact less the area pulled back to show actual brightness .
