The Dillon G5B/Turner is a medium deep Geib style contrabass tuba mouthpiece with great clarity and responsive articulation.  The heavier blank combined with a smaller throat and precise venturi at the throat give a clean response without murky overtones in the sound.  Without the need to rely on a sharp inner lip for improved articulation, this mouthpiece offers a medium width rim that is rounded on inner and outer edges for increased comfort and player endurance.  The slightly oversized American Shank fits standard American shank tubas yet works with many Euro Shank tubas.
